for sale at a bargain price. We are not Realtors. We are investors. We get these homes

job relocation, bankruptcy and foreclosure. These are excellent homes in great areas that
may or may not need some work. Most are very new, very beautiful homes that need no more than new paint and carpets.
You can purchase the home advertised with conventional financing, and if you have less than
perfect credit or bad credit, we can finance the home ourselves so you can move in immediately, and then help you repair your credit and
find a lender so you can obtain a conventional long-term mortgage.
